30 Degrees Celsius To Fahrenheit
|
The two widely used scales to measure temperature are "Celsius" and "Fahrenheit". Celsius temperature scale was invented by Swedish "Anders Celsius". This temperature scale was based on melting and boiling points of the water. Later modern scientists reversed the direction of the scale to its modern direction. Zero point refers to the melting and freezing point of the water whereas 100 degrees celsius refers to the boiling point of the water. In 18th century the "Fahrenheit scale" was created by a German Physicist named "Fahrenheit". According to the "Fahrenheit scale" zero fahrenheit is the temperature of brine solution. In start the temperature of human body was set as 100 degree point, but later it changed to boiling and freezing points of water exactly apart 180 degrees, at 32 and 212 degrees. Fahrenheit. One of the difference between Fahrenheit and Celsius scale is that on the Fahrenheit scale asingle degree is equivalent to 5/9th degree on the celsius scale.
With the invention of these temperature scales their formulas were also invented. Also the formulas were invented to convert temperature of each temperature scale to another.
Equation for converting Celsius to Fahrenheit scale is
Equation for converting Fahrenheit to Celsius scale is:-
"F" is the temperature in Fahrenheit and "C" is the temperature in "Celsius. As we have to convert 30 DEGREES CELSIUS TO FAHRENHEIT scale so we will use the first formula stated above:
Value "C" must be known to find the value of "F" . V alue of C is 30 so we will put it in the formulae at the place of C, then we will multiply 30 with 1.8, after getting the result, we will add 32 to it
As our result is 86 therefore by converting 30 DEGREES CELSIUS TO FAHRENHEIT scale we obtain 86 degree F at the temperature required. Hence, 30 degree Celsius is 86 Fahrenheit. |
